Booking Conditions
- To reserve a place on a course, a non-refundable deposit of £80 is required with the completed booking form. The balance of fees must be paid 7 days before the course date. For courses £80 or under, the full amount must be paid on application. This in non-refundable.
- If you fail to attend or complete a course, no refunds will be made.
- Confirmed course bookings are non-transferable.
- As course places are limited, it is advisable to contact Tranquillity Zone Training prior to booking to check availablity.
- In certain circumstances, such as an emergency situation or insufficient numbers, it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule a course. In this case a refund will be offered if the rescheduled dates are unsuitable.
- Tranquillity Zone Training reserves the right to decline applications for valid reasons.
- As a student, it is your responsibility to check the information on a course and contact Tranquillity Zone Training if necessary to ensure it is suitable for your needs.
- Certificates/diplomas are presented upon demonstration that you are competent in the course subject. If the tutor feels further tuition is advisable to reach a competent level, certification will be witheld. In this case, you will be offered further tuition, free of charge, on the next available course.
- All course materials issued prior to, during and after your course remain the property of Tranquillity Zone Training with regard to copyright, design and tuition format. No copies of course material or usage other than for the student learning must be made.
- All students are required to observe and comply with policies regarding health and safety, security, student conduct and any other regulations set by Tranquillity Zone Training.
