Thai Foot Massage

Thai foot massage involves massage of the lower legs and feet.  Promoting general well being it works on the energy lines of the body, known in Thailand as Sen lines.

Aspects of reflexology are also incorporated as the massage works over reflex areas of the feet to stimulate internal organs and bring balance to the whole body.  Special techniques using a small wooden Thai massage stick are used for this purpose.

Thai foot massage is an integral part of traditional Thai massage and is taught by Buddhisht monks in the temples of Thailand.  A full treatment lasts about an hour and will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle therapy which harnesses natural energy flow to restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.  The principles of Reiki mean it can be applied as an holistic therapy or simply used individually for personal development.

During a Reiki treatment, you will remain fully clothed and the therapist will place their hands either gently on your body or just above your body, allowing the transfer of natural healing energy.  You will usually feel deeply relaxed and may also feel warmth and tingling.

A treatment generally lasts about an hour, although shorter localised treatments can also be given.  Reiki treatments can benefit many conditions and enhance other forms of treatment.
