  • History & principles of Hot Stone Massage
  • Cautions & contraindications
  • Safe use of equipment
  • Practical massage techniques
  • Benefits and effects of the treatment
  • Aftercare advice

Hot Stone Massage is extremely relaxing and loved by clients, as the heat from the basalt stones encourages tense muscles to release and effectively reduces stress and tension. Using hot stones means less strain is placed on the therapist’s hands.
