This GTi Indian Head Massage course follows the National Occupational Standards and covers all the necessary anatomy & physiology, plus consultation, aftercare guidance and contra-indications to treatment.

This course covers the techniques used for upper back, shoulder, upper arm, neck, scalp and face massage and also includes the theory behind Indian head massage such as the history of the treatment, principles of ayurveda, marma points and chakras.

The theory is completed online at home in your own time before a practical training and assessment session is taken. GTi gives you flexible learning designed to fit in around your lifestyle and full tutorial email support is available throughout your learning experience.

Upon completion of the online theory modules, you will receive a PDF manual which you can refer back to. You will have the opportunity to practice the massage routine on friends and family before being assessed at a time to suit you.

The course is beautifully written and accompanied by images, video and a voice over to give you the best possible learning experience.
